a. How to book a ticket
 
 
 
By Internet
-          Click on the flight ticket booking page, select the depareture, arrival, date and number of passengers, and then wait for the results;
-          Choose the schedule you prefer;
-          Type in passenger’s personal information and contact means;
-           Select the way of payment and wait for the page refreshment;
-          When your booking is confirmed, check and remember your Reservation Number (PNR).
 
By phone
Contact our Customer Service for the flight ticket price and make a booking.
 
By e-mail
Send an email with your travel schedule, including your name and sex to info@gogochina.com or euroland@eurolandtravel.com. Our service staff will reply you as quickly as possible.
 
Online
Add our MSN:eurolandtravel@hotmail.com or QQ; 1321501167 to your contact list, and inquire flight information online.
 
 
b.      How to pay the ticket
iDEAL
Choose this way of payment, you need to have a Dutch bank account and the tools for internet banking.
 
Credit card
Choose this way of payment, you need to select the type of credit card, type the card number, card holder, valid perid and CVN code.
 
PIN
Choose this way of payment, you need to come to our office and pin with your Dutch bank card. Pin by credit card in our office will be charged 3% extra commission fee.
Cash
Choose this way of payment, you need to come to our office or to our partner’s in other cities.

How to reserve a meal

Content of the e-mail: your name (e.g. wan/fuqiu), reservation number, and your request for a certain meal (e.g. vegetarian or for diabetes)
You will receive confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours.
 
How to reserve a wheelchair
You can call us or email us. Our Customer Service will add your request into your booking.

Title of the e-mail: Reserve a wheelchair
Content of the e-mail: your name (e.g. wan/fuqiu), reservation number, and reason of your request for a wheelchair (e.g. over 70 years old (with birthdate), cannot walk due to pains on the leg)
You will receive within 24 hours email confirmation of our application. Another few days are needed for the airlines’ confirmation.
 
 
How to earn mileages:

d.    How to apply for date change or refund
 
Applying for date change
You can call us or email us. Our Customer Service will add your request into your booking.

Title of the e-mail: Change date
Content of the e-mail: your name (e.g. wan/fuqiu), reservation number, your new flying date (please give a few dates period)
You will receive confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours, concerning the possibility of date change and the cost. If you are sure about the proposed date change, please pay the cost immediately. Upon receipt of your payment, we will change the date for you and send you the new e-ticket.
 
 
Applying for refund
You can call us or email us. Our Customer Service will add your request into your booking.

Content of the e-mail: your name (e.g. wan/fuqiu) and your reservation number
You will receive confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours, concerning the possibility of your ticket refund. If you are sure about the refund request, please send us your bank information. When the refund is handled, we will transfer it to the bank account you have indicated.
 
 
e.How to get the boarding pass from the Internet
24-30 hours before the departure, you can check-in online. Go to the website of your airline, type the reservation number, passport number and e-ticket number and select the flight number and seat. You can choose to receive the boarding pass by e-mail or SMS. Boarding pass can be printed out at home or at the airport.
 
Attention: Not all airlines have the online check-in service.
 
 
About luggage
There are three types of check-in luggage regulations:
1)      1 PC – Only 1 piece of luggage is allowed for check-in, with a maximum of 23 kilo.
2)      2 PC – 2 pieces of luggage are allowed for check-in, with a maximum of 23 kilo per piect and 46 kilo in total.
 
This regulation is usually valid for ethnic Chinese and their family members, offered by China Southern Airline, Lufthansa Airline, Swiss Airline and Austria Airline.
 
3)      30 kilo
Hainan Airline, Turkish Airline and Air China allow passengers to check in 30 kilo luggage. With this luggage regulation, there is no restriction that only one piece of luggage is allowed for check-in. Passengers can check in 1 piece of 30 kilo or 2 pieces of luggages total 30 kilo.
 
Hand luggage:
Different airports and different airlines have various regulations on the weight of hand luggages. Most of them allow no more than 8-10 kilo, with very few allow 5 kilo only. KLM is an exception, which allows 12 kilo hand luggage.
Regulations on the size of the hand luggage are also different, but the general rule is: They all allow limited sizes!
 
Airport pick-up and see-off
a) Passengers who bought the flight tickets by our agency and need the pick-up and/or see-off service
From Eindhoven to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Düsseldorf Airport in Germany, or Brussels Airport in Belgium, we can provide a mini-bus with 6 seats for 1-5 persons. The price for this service is 130 Euro (tips for the driver are voluntary)
 
For driving to other places or for more number of passengers, please contact us. 
 
b) Passengers who need pick-up and/or see-off service only 
From Eindhoven to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Düsseldorf Airport in Germany, or Brussels Airport in Belgium, we can provide a mini-bus with 6 seats for 1-5 persons. The price for this service is 150 Euro (tips for the driver are voluntary)
 
 
Important:
 
Ø Passenger’s name must be the same as on the passport. Any check-in problem caused by wrong spelling of passenger name after the ticket being issued is the passenger’s own responsibility.
Ø Passenger must confirm his/her name is the same as on the passport. Name(s) cannot be changed after issuing, nor ticket be transferred to others. Some passengers have 2-3 given names, all of which must be put on the ticket booking.
Ø Please leave us your mobile number and email address, so that we can reach you when there are flight schedule changes.
Ø If you have booked a ticket but you have not paid in time, the price for the ticket can change, or the reservation can be cancelled by the airline.
